We are a Catholic Christian Marriage Formation Center. We are devoted and trained marriage and family ministers specializing in the marriage catechumenate framework. Our core mission revolves around offering comprehensive formation and supportive accompaniment for individuals called to the sacred vocation of marriage. Aligned with Biblical teachings and the Magisterium, our ministry steadfastly upholds the principles of the Christian marriage, ensuring adequate support for the Domestic Church.

Established in 2015 by Rev. Dr. Kingsley Nwoko, STL, Th.D., Lumina School of Love stands as a Christian marriage ministry committed to initial formations, accompaniment, and pastoral care for the Domestic Church. The founder’s core vision is centered on discovering the most effective means of providing comprehensive formation and support to the Domestic Church.
Throughout these years, Lumina School of Love has refined its pastoral initiatives, diligently addressing the primary challenges faced by men and women in our era—specifically in terms of readiness for love, discerning relationships, and marriage. These challenges resonate across various life stages, impacting teens, young adults, those in dating relationships, engaged couples, and the married.
Our approach employs thought-provoking insights, systematic reasoning, theological and psychological concepts, actionable strategies, and practical tools. This supports character development, relationship discernment, and the rekindling of love among married couples.
Lumina School of Love currently serves with the Office of Family Life Ministry, Office of Young Adult, and Campus Ministry of the Archdiocese of Galveston and Houston, Texas. Additionally, we have established partnerships with the Holy Name Retreat Center in Houston, Texas, to deliver impactful retreat experiences for engaged and married couples.
